To help keep everyone safe we require that all patients wear a medical/surgical mask at all times

Your health has always been our top priority, please review our safety protocols:

  1. Staggered start times: We’ve staggered the start time for shifts so check your appointment times carefully. For example, appointments start at 9:00, 9:05, 9:10 and so on. Please try to arrive on time and not too early for your appointment.

  2. Contactless payments: We are able to securely store your credit card information on your profile and run your payment without needing the physical card. You can update this information online or give our office a call. Extended benefits will continue to be run as usual.

  3. Health Screening and Illness Prevention: Following BC Health guidelines, we require patients to complete a health survey before each appointment. This is required for every visit even if you have appointments two days in a row. It will be emailed to you 24 hours in advance and can be completed online. If you are sick, please contact our office to cancel your appointments for the following 2 weeks.

  4. Physical Distancing: We’ve reduced the amount of unnecessary person-to-person contact. This means, we’re running with less front desk staff than previously and there may not be someone at the front desk when you arrive. Rest assured there will always be someone at another location you can contact for assistance.

  5. Sanitizing: We have sanitizing checklists in place for all treatment rooms and common areas. Waiting rooms and washrooms are being cleaned a minimum of every hour, and treatment rooms are disinfected after each visit.
