Chiropractic health care is a healing discipline firmly grounded in science. Although its main focus is the relationship between the skeleton (particularly the spine) and the nervous system that runs through it, chiropractic is concerned with care of the entire body. Manual adjustments of different bones in the body and the treatment of the muscles, ligaments and tendons around them are their primary methods of helping your body heal itself.

Chiropractic helps to remove postural imbalances and structural misalignments that can accumulate in our bodies over time. Left unchecked over time, changes in our spines can lead to pain, stiffness or other serious problems.

Cosmetic Botox Injections are used to temporarily change the nerve impulses of targeted muscles, resulting in a reduction or elimination of contraction-induced wrinkles. By blocking nerve impulses of the targeted muscles, we can temporarily immobilize muscle movements that cause expressive wrinkles. This can be a great tool for preventing further deepening wrinkles and lines as we age.
The most targeted areas include the horizontal lines across the forehead and perpendicular lines between the brows; however, they are also injected near the eyes to minimize crow’s feet, squint lines, lines around the neck, and for a natural eyebrow or lip lift.

Therapeutic Botox Injections may be helpful if you suffer from TMJ, severe Headaches or Migraines, and/or Hyperhidrosis ( commonly known as Excessive Sweating). Please note that Therapeutic Botox injections may be covered by MSP and your extended health insurance. Please check with your insurance provider for details on what is required for insurance coverage.

The classical Chinese explanation is that channels of energy (Qi or Chi) run in regular patterns through the body and over its surface. These energy channels, called meridians, are like rivers flowing through the body to irrigate and nourish the tissues. An obstruction in the movement of these energy rivers is like a dam that backs up in others.
The meridians can be influenced by needling the acupuncture points; the acupuncture needles unblock the obstructions at the dams, and reestablish the regular flow through the meridians.
Interpreting the nature of Qi is the cornerstone of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This highly effective system of medical care is based on natural laws which govern the movement of vital life giving energy, both in nature and in the body. In health, Qi supports the harmonious functions of the body, mind and spirit. In illness, Qi moves with disharmony; imbalance begins to surface in the form of specific symptoms. To treat the disharmony of Qi, all symptoms are viewed holistically in relationship to the whole person.
